Assist with resident's assessment and care planning.check and record vital signs,measure height and weight,measure intake and output collect specimens,observe resident response to care.report and record observations of resident's condition.Assist resident with ADL's such as toileting,feeding,changing,as well as transfers.provide range of motion exercise,assist with ambulation,provide fresh drinking water and nourishments,protect resident privacy and confidentiality,Answer call light promplty,keep call signal within reach,provide orientation to the room or unit and to other visitors and residents.protect personal possessions,give backrubs,provide diversional activities,make bed,clean and care for equipment,practice medical asepsis and infection control,telephone answering,practice standard precautions,Assist resident with communication,transfer resident to wheelchair/stretcher.
