Daily Duties at Glenbridge Nursing And Rehab:
Assist wound nurse during dressing change,treatment care,as well as in positioning,skin preparation and draping.Responsible for maintaining and ordering treatment supplies.organize patient's wound care charts.Maintain resident confidential information.Attends different training and seminars regarding advance wound care and treatment.Inform wound nurse newly admitted patient with wound and if need of dressing change.Make a weekly inventory of dressing supplies and update of resident's treatment records in three different units.
