Daily Duties at Xerox Business Services:
Client Program Manager for Schneider Electric − Responsible for staffing, on boarding and training a team of 5 onshore/offshore project managers to support account steady state and transformation programs for $25M annual contract. − Provides ongoing mentoring and coaching to PMO team and other PMO managers in the organization. − Responsible for Xerox/Schneider Electric portfolio management and pipeline. Consistently manages a program of 14 – 18 mid to large sized projects and service requests. − Drives issue resolution, escalations and removes obstacles to meet PMO and service delivery objectives. − Responsible for scoping, rough sizing and preparing implementation estimates for new business service requests for Intake and Demand Management − Portfolio reporting cadence Client Program Manager for DCP Midstream − Responsible for Xerox/DCP portfolio management and pipeline. Consistently manages a program of 6 - 8 mid to large sized projects. − Led and mentored 3 offshore project managers on the account to support $12M annual contract. − Prioritized and assigned project managers to any new pipeline initiatives according to demand intake. − Led cross-functional project teams and service lines in the planning and orchestration of project solutions for the customer. − Proven track record for managing project teams of 15 - 20 and offshore resources in Mexico and India. − Oversees all aspects of project delivery - Cost, Scheduling, Risk and Issues Management, Change Management and Organizational Change Management to ensure effective communication in accordance to customer expectations and to secure timely delivery. − Provides direction, removes obstacles and obtains resolution on questions/issues for the project team. − Prepares reports and delivers weekly status of the portfolio health to the PMO/ITO organization, directors, VPs and client sponsors alike, for escalation and tracking of progress. − Defines project scope, goals and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with key stakeholders. − Maintains close working relationships with the customer and customer resources. − Responsible for development of project plans, identifying required resources, negotiation of project resources. − Facilitation of daily/weekly team meetings, tracking and recording of (red/yellow) actions, issues, decisions, meeting minutes and agendas
