• Did a variety of System Administration tasks like installations, kernel configuration, capacity planning, and performance tuning & troubleshooting of UNIX systems. Setup NFS, NIS, DNS, DHCP, Sendmail, Anti-virus etc. • Performed Oracle DBA tasks like installations, upgrades, performance tuning of the instance, setting up the DB for 24x7 availability, setting up Hot Standby Database as well as RMAN for backup & recovery of the DB.
