Daily Duties at White House Communications Agency:

Managed the day to day Head of State network and the program to upgrade all circuits from analog to digital. Shift supervisor for data center managing all task orders and functions and supervising 5 personnel. Responsible for Developing, Implementing, and Maintaining and Managing secure voice, data, and video circuits for the President of the United States, Vice President, White House staff, and the National Security Council. Managed all (Head Of State) circuit maintenance, ensuring constant operability. Engineered and implemented circuits with foreign and American equipment, working with a combined signal of digital, fiber, and analog to produce an enhanced service to Presidential-level quality Trained and supervised 20 individuals in the maintenance and installation of a Secure Voice Switching Network and peripheral equipment worth $15 million Managed all property for accountability and serviceability. Turned in all un-serviceable equipment and ordered new equipment to keep up with changing demand and the unit readiness to deploy
