Satellite terminals and Ground entry point (GEP) life-cycle replacement, Data center construction and cabling fiber and copper infrastructure and relocation of all services Sonnet, IDNX, LAN,WAN, Promina. ECT. with little to no service interruptions. Managed all procurement efforts and budgets for a multiyear, 14 million dollar program that is separated geographically to many different locations. Perform the requirements process, drafting Statement of work (SOW) and statement of objectives (SOO) to be added to the Pre-contracts awards process. Other support includes requirements analysis, specification preparation, program and engineering plan development, and analysis, trade study and evaluation of commercial hardware and software systems to generate comparative performance data and to assess system suitability within proposed operating environments Conduct system installation, testing, and recommend and supervise required technology insertion. Additionally, provided pre- and post-award contracting assistance to CACI customer that entails technical insight into project-specific acquisition strategies and plans Prepare required documentation such as requests for information (RFI), requests for proposals (RFP), Gantt Charts, and associated solicitation documentation and acquisition packages. Develop and Support various reports, presentations, and documentation specific to the Agency's needs
