Daily Duties at Wb Brawley Co:
• Manage up to 30 personnel including superintendents in relation to Air Force Non Appropriated Funds (AFNAFPO) and Navy (NGIS) renovation projects. This includes multiple stateside and overseas bases. Project valuations in excess of $20M annually. Develop project plans to execute including resource planning and manpower allocation, project cost estimates, project organization, roles and responsibilities. Determine project schedule. In accordance with internal process methodologies, ensure project tailoring. Develop project schedule, tasks, milestones, deliverables and dependencies. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members, contractors and provide performance assessment input as needed. Coordinate vendor resources, identify and resolve issues and conflicts within project team.
