The building of 2 SCIF's was taking ordinary rooms and converting them to a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). to include all conduits, grounding, electrical filters, and pathways adhering to the standards and regulations of the DCID 6/9. I made sure the contractors adhered to all agreed upon changes and amendments in the contract.Executed the development, implementation, and management of multiple facilities for the cabling infrastructure program supporting Agency's strategic mission for the White House Communities of Interest (CoI) Comprehensive experience in planning, organizing, and controlling cost, schedule, and performance of communications systems acquisition services. Develop and implement acquisition strategies and procedures for the Red Switch Network and SCIF security efforts Coordinate cost benefit analysis of IT and telecommunications problems and present recommendations for possible solutions to senior leadership for decisions Responsible for all Quality control and Quality Assurance of all project cycles, and the corrective actions if issues are detected in system accreditation and information assurance.
