Assisted the President of the company, covering appointments as necessary, submitted refinance and purchase applications to numerous Wholesale Banks utilizing their underwriting systems to clear conditions, gain additional documentation for compensating factors on a monthly personal average of 70-75 files. Supervised 32 senior loan officers with a team monthly average of 600-700 files, preformed demographic research to produce marketing material for the company used in events.
