Progressed from Vice President to SVP and GM, responsible for an entire business unit over twelve years. During the period, built a BPO and SaaS model, shifting the revenue stream from a predominantly license & PS based model to a recurring revenue model. Senior Vice President and General Manager November 2009 – June 2012 Windsor, CT Senior Vice President, Institutional June 2007 – November 2009 Windsor, CT Vice President, Professional Services January 2002 – May 2007 Windsor, CT Vice President, Strategic Initiatives April 2000 – December 2001 Windsor, CT As SVP and GM of SS&C’s Institutional vertical, lead all aspects of SS&C’s Institutional business, including sales, outsourcing and related services, a $62 million per annum revenue-generating division with 40% operating margin. As SVP of Institutional, responsible for all services for SS&C’s Institutional and Hedge Fund verticals. Key to driving product improvements across eight product sets, and a $25 million revenue stream in 2007 with 70% margins. During the period, also in charge of PS and On-going Support Services. Drove relationship management, referencability and client satisfaction. Increased revenue by cross-selling products and services to existing clients. Key architect of SS&C Direct’s BPO & SaaS based model.
