As SVP of Institutional, responsible for all services for SS&C’s Institutional and Hedge Fund verticals. Key to driving product improvements across eight product sets, and a $25 million revenue stream in 2007 with 70% margins. During the period, also in charge of PS and On-going Support Services. Drove relationship management, referencability and client satisfaction. Increased revenue by cross-selling products and services to existing clients. Key architect of SS&C Direct’s BPO & SaaS based model.
