Daily Duties at Johnson & Johnson:

Have the basic knowledge of the different advertising techniques and strategies to be used, undertake market research in order to find out target clients, their needs and requirements and connect it to the organization’s objectives, analyze the demographic details of the clients and accordingly form marketing strategies, make a complete list of targeted resellers and be in constant touch with them, either through phone calls, mails or personal visits. Keep proper records of sales and other numbers and meet potential clients and explain to them the different aspects of the product or services, in order to get more clients, have a good contact with ad agencies and costumers. Work well with people and good verbal and written communication skills. During the research phase, being detailed-oriented in order to deal with a lot of information. Be creative in the implementation of marketing plans and strategies. Responsible for the launch of a new product for schizophrenic patients development of an activity for more than 100 health care professionals and coordinate with the medical department to bring a national speaker to the activity to make it more attractive for the customers. Work in collaboration with the mental health association in Puerto Rico to send the invitations on behalf of the association and ensure their participation. Work with the communication department to have them send me the public communication once after launch to translate it into Spanish and buy media to publish in order to increase awareness.
