Daily Duties at Johnson & Johnson:
In a weekly basis receive prescription data, analyze it and make a report to the sales force to track actuals vs goals also provide ranking among the sales force in order to increase competitiveness and production. Analyze primary and secondary market data in order to make actionable recommendations e.g. stop the promotion of one specific product since the sales where significantly lower than investment this helped to drive and enhance business results. Develop and implement market research processes like focus groups with patients and physicians and projects like advisory boards to provide an executive summary with recommendations for optimal marketing and business decisions, in order to make it happen I needed to have an active communication and strong relationships with my peers in the US to ask for their feedback/insight and request health care compliance approval. Establish and communicate quarterly quota by assessing actuals sales/prescriptions and projecting it using excel, access and cognos software and using the US data and local market dynamics as a benchmark and prepare a presentation that I present to my manager and then to the general manager to get his final approval. Have active participation during business plan preparation asking strategic questions and proposing new ideas and strategies to increase sales revenue and prepare final presentation to the president of the company. Create all the graphs relevant for the business plan and make necessary changes. Have great communication and organizational skills and high sense of urgency.
