Assisted faculty and staff members of graduate program in offering class materials at WebCT and KSU mail server. Trained faculty members on Web site development using Dreamweaver 3.0. Trained graduate faculty for ongoing Web site management. Developed an information system for more efficient management of the graduate program using Microsoft Access 2000 in a shared environment. Designed and delivered presentations concerning the program/course Web sites and program evaluation site using Microsoft PowerPoint 2000. Designed and wrote Department of Special Education Newsletter using Microsoft Publisher 2000.
