Daily Duties at Fiserv:
Responsible for the delivery of software releases for Credit Union account processing systems. Manage and coach the product development staff of 25 to high performance and on time delivery of high quality software products. Provide 3rd level technical support for client services as needed to support a 65 million dollar revenue stream. Manage the integration of legacy core system product development with leading edge web design tools to create a stable and current product line. The current UI enhances the users experience while leveraging a solid core system for account processing functions. I am responsible for scheduling work activities and meeting product delivery dates. I take care of hiring, reviews, salary adjustments and discipline as needed.
