Daily Duties at United States Air Force:
Directed 70 civilian and military members orchastrating the daily operations of US Air Forces West Coast primary transportation hub to the Pacific theater. Conducted personnel management including annual appraisals, feedback sessions, discipline, education and training, budget preparation and management, policy creation and enforcement, effective use of resources, maintainance and upkeep of facilities, morale and welfare, keeping good order and discipline, compliance with establish standards, shift scheduling for 24 hour operations, deployment and deployment resources management, passenger and cargo scheduling, hazardous materials movement, oversight and management of contract airlift, establishing mobiity rotation tables for military personnel and equiptment, management of War Readiness Materials, planing and scheduling exercises with base agencies, training, medical readiness, physical fitness, compliance inspections, awards and recognition programs, mentoring assigned personnel on duties, responsibilities, on/off duty behavior, family care, and personal issues of assigned personnel, coordinating special equipment requirements for cargo movement.
