Daily Duties at Jp Morgan Chase, Inc:
Direct contact with customers accounts which are being process or have been submitted for collections. Work with customers to establish payment plans, settlements, or other means to collect deliquent accounts. Analyze data from call center agents on performance of duties, money collected, effectiveness of current procedures. Rank agents' effectiveness and assign bonus pay per company policy working. Data base management of collections department database. Correct database errors which resulted over / under payment of bonuses. Communicate bonus information with HR for monthly / annual payout. Research, create and conduct briefing to mid level managers on current trends, challenges, and possible solutions. Manage company policy web page for the collections division. Create new information and layout for programmers of company policy. Update existing information and answer questions from managers about company policy / practices.
