Daily Duties at The City Of Fresno:
System and database administration for the Service desk application: FrontRange HEAT. Advise management of areas for improvement, establish processes and procedures for the Service Desk using ITIL framework. Meet with Key Support People within the City of Fresno to discuss, and find solutions, to ongoing issues and to advise them of any future projects involving Information Services. Coordinate any press conferences or events that require video support/live streaming. Provide solutions to complex issues that are outside the scope of day to day operations. Manage projects with objects and deliver results. Technical documentation for Service Desk/Network support personnel.
