Provided recommendations to management and cross-functional teams regarding system design, software capabilities, and communication limitations for business teams. Aided CTO, CEO, and senior management on strategizing product roadmap based on customer feedback, product lines, and estimated company valuation. Mentored and integrated new employees with focus on organic growth by providing high-level design overview, system features details, and guidance through documentation.
