The services aimed the 3G network and OSS, were reactive (technical issues handling, functionality restoration) and proactive support (equipment functionality analysis and audits) and network rollout; Responsible for the team performance and the quality of provided services, managed the daily team work, keeping the team motivated and focused on the objectives, steered and developed customer relationship; Acted as a KPI Manager and used the 3G KPI skills to monitor and analyze Vodafone's 3G network performance and react to correct any decreases; Gained skills: UNIX, SunOS, shell scripting, Oracle DB, basic SQL, 3GPP standards, protocol tracing, TCP-IP and routing, RNC, NodeB, Spots (statistic reporting machine), Operations Support Systems (OSS);
