Daily Duties at Spirit Aero Systems :

•Lead a team of employees for the AeroStructures Oklahoma Division, Supporting the Boeing and Gulfstream Product lines, Developing/Implementing the Lean Transformation plan to engage the people, improve the processes and build a culture of Lean thinking •Work with all levels of Management, UAW (Union) and manufacturing teams to deploy Lean methodology throughout Oklahoma operations •Engaging with external suppliers to resolve Quality and Delivery concerns. •Teach all levels, Lean Basics, 5S + Safety, RCCA, A3, FEMA, TPM, and additional requirements to develop all personnel. •Supporting the Teams all over the world
