Served as (Care) Program Manager for the services program comprised of after-sales technical support services and implementation projects for Cosmote Romania (telecommunication operator with national coverage). In technical support held primary accountability for: - Operational Management - conducted the hardware, software and emergency (24/7) support services. Activities: conceptualizing operational strategies / planning activities / engaging resources and contractors / steering support team's daily activities to keep the quality indicators (SLA's); - Financial Profitability, P&L – ensured compliance with the established financial business goals Activities: forecasting / planning / controlling costs & revenues / negotiations with contractors; - Customer Relationship – as single point of contact and management escalation, building loyal and long-term collaboration with client, determine sales growth opportunities, managing periodical reporting and accountable for all client communication at management level; Worked as Project Manager with following responsibilities: - in Bid Phase – responsibilities: creating the Scope of Work / Project Plan / Cost estimations / Services Solutions / Bid Management; - in Delivery Phase – accountable for furnishing implementation projects from Purchase Order to Acceptance signature. Activities: creating WBS / sequencing project activities /estimating and employing resources / time scheduling /quality, risk and resource planning / monitoring and controlling / adapting the project plan and activities to overcome the arisen problems / controlling costs (as main cost approver) / managing stakeholders and communications; Managed projects involving: - Various types of services and equipments: purchasing 3rd party equipment and services, network design, site surveys, site preparations, room layout planning, physical installations of racks, power supply and connection, shelfs, Digital, Ethernet, Optical Distribution Frames (DDF, ODF, EDF) cabling; Broad telecommunications technologies: IBM, HP, SUN servers, blades,EMC, Juniper routers and firewalls, Cisco routers, BTS, BSC's and transcoders, OSS (Netact, Radio Commander), DNS, Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS), Mobile Network Portability (MNP) and Profile servers; running Redhat, SunOs, HP-UX, Windows, OracleDb, Nokia and Siemens proprietary applications; Interconnectivity with: vendors - Ericsson, Nortel, HP, Alcatel, and technologies - TEMIP, ATM, MPLS, MSC, MGW, LDAP, HLR; Using of: Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Project. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio), ticketing tools (thin clients - NOLS, Resolve, ICTS), financial forecasting tools (NELLE), financial reporting tools (PRS), online collaborations tools (Cisco Webex, internal instant messaging), online documentation and licensing (NOLS), time reports (WTR), remote working environments (Cisco VPN's);
