• Facilitated web-based and computer-based training for all Admission Representatives on the team as the Team Mentor and go to person. • Provided coaching and training and assisted the Director of Admission with day to day activities to keep the team focused and meet team goals. • Devised a Weekly End of Week Report to show production progress to key leadership.
