Daily Duties at Receivable Management Services:
• Form, direct and advise the entrepreneurial Debtor Services Department in order to facilitate the defense and/or recovery of preferentially-made transfers in a corporate bankruptcy setting • Oversee policy-adherence and process compliance in litigation relating to Chapter 11 cases • Perform advanced statistical analyses of Chapter 11 claims and applicable objections/defenses • Defend and/or prosecute and facilitate the evaluation and resolution of avoidance actions on behalf of Trustees, Creditors’ Committees, and Debtor estates (including Advanced Collections) • Proficient in legal research, including Lexis and Westlaw; high level of competency with software (including Mac OS, Windows and MS Office) as well as internet research.
