Developed and oversaw all operational aspects for each site, including maintaining community amenities, curb appearance and resident retention efforts.Oversaw the hiring and training of property managers and facilities staff.Facilitated the sales process, including developing sales and marketing plans, collateral development, website design and content management.Produced and monitored lease agreements, vendor contracts, and a variety of legal contracts with suppliers, customers and partners.Preformed all land acquisitions for future projects for the development firm.Handled all land entitlements, neighborhood support efforts, media, and political relationships at both the local and state level.Conducted reviews and analysis of partnership agreements and lending documents for all projects with particular focus on development and operational impediments, funding requirements, profit/loss distributions, administrative obligations, tax implications, and risk management.
