Coached, mentored, motivated, and led cross-functional team in 5 locations across 4 time zones; included, but not limited to, all aspects of product development and management, customer engagement and support, conflict management, problem solving, performance improvements, competitive analysis, domain expertise, coordination with 3rd party providers and senior company management, and driving organic and inorganic growth. Defined short- and long-term objectives. Created infrastructure, workflow processes, metrics, and milestones. Served as go-to person and subject matter expert on variety of areas including low-cost diskless set-top platform development, open source-licensing issues for 3rd party software integration, and design, analysis, and integration of various DVR features.
