Daily Duties at Department Of Chemistry, University Of Michigan:

Design and conduct experiments to study nanomorphological and nanomechanical properties of osteoporotic bone Lead in-class discussion of General Chemistry (20 students/section); Supervise and advise organic synthesis experiments in Synthetic Organic Chemistry Laboratory II (16 students/class) Design quizzes and demonstrate course projects in Graduate Level Materials Chemistry (30 graduate students/class) Characterize dendrimer based nano-particle drug delivery system Optimize and execute high resolution Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) and Electron Microscopy imaging Establish AFM technical documents and provide AFM instrument training Lead a research team of undergraduate and graduate students into successful publications Utilize SPIP, Matlab, Image J, and statistical analysis software for quantitative data analysis Initiate research collaborations and publications with scientists from different departments at U of M.
