 Generated reports for various companies using Crystal Reports and SQL Server as the back end Database.  Conducted assessment to identify, document & define user & technical requirements; presented complete network & system design.  Implemented Windows Terminal Services for small Networks, Administered & supported Windows 2003 Server.  Designed, Programmed and Managed Database driven Websites using ASP, and HTML.  Managed client & vendor expectations, tracking / communicating project progress to senior management, conflict resolution, change control management & working to develop a customized training program.
