Provided Desktop / Technical Support to Headline News, CNN main and CNN International, covering CNN bureaus world wide including North America / Europe / Asia and Middle East. Planned / Organized / Installed / Documented Servers in the Server Farm. Pulled Network / Electrical cables. Implemented Windows Server 2003 Active Directory, Exchange 2003, including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, OU, Group Policies & Windows Terminal Services for Remote Administration. Systems Analyst for a project involving departmental training for end users on Windows XP / 2000 and various proprietary software, to reduce downtime and upgrade support level. Conducted assessment to document & prioritize end-user & technical requirements; ensured the functional & non-functional specifications; delivered presentations to validate & elucidate the assessment.
