Daily Duties at American Fiber Systems:
Implemented and managed Windows 2003 Active Directory; project included Exchange / DNS / DHCP / GPO installation & execution, Backup / Disaster recovery implementation. Remote and Onsite technical support for Windows Server 2003 & Desktops. Project management & documentation; allocated resources, managed milestones & ensured uptime. Worked with the security team on the systems / security audit & Firewall implementation project. Created and managed company wide internal website for company bulletin board / news / documents and other utilities, thereby providing a great source of information for the employees, with no additional cost.
