 Worked with the Implementation team in administering and supporting the Windows networks. Designed cost effective infrastructure with the implementation of Windows Terminal Servers in a thin client environment.  Managed / Installed / Troubleshot Windows Server, Exchange Server and Active Directory.  Provided tier 2 and 3 technical support, worked and closed escalated tickets related to Windows Server 2003, Active Directory, desktop troubleshooting and hardware; minimizing downtime.  Documented and monitored Windows Network Infrastructure using Windows 2003 server and Exchange 2003.  Documented and implemented calls / ticket escalation process, including technical training to tier 1 & 2.
