 Worked with various teams to Identify / Implement Support Services System, including following correct Procedures.  Extensive Software & Server Operating System installations in a Standalone and Client/Server infrastructure for various Environments, including Exchange 2010, in a Physical and VMWare Environment.  Managed Field Engineers on Assessment / Planning & Implementation of Projects including Documentations.  Remote Support for Clients in their Network Infrastructure, including LAN/WAN Support, Wireless, Backups, using Kaseya Managed Services & Ticketing System.  Client Meetings including Presentations for Work Progression and assurance of Project Completion Deadlines.  Hardware upgrades / PC & Server builds, including Patch Panel punches and RJ45 Termination.
