Daily Duties at Elkhereiji Co, :

Check designs, drawings, plans, and other documents to get an accurate calculation of the structural, mechanical and electrical works. Explain drawings and contract documents to construction staff, and make sure they understand the scope. Control quality and safety to stay in the line of the approved base-lines. Ensure that all materials used are according to the ASTM specifications. Complete project cost and schedule progress analysis and reporting using MS Project and Primavera P3 softwares. Assist project manager and attend client and consultant meetings. Prepare project execution plans according to contract requirements. Negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements. Confer with design teams to discuss and resolve unexpected technical problems that may arise related to construction problems. Direct and supervise works. Review, submit and present all plans, schedules and reports during all stages of the project using MS Office software. Keep the Project Manager informed of workload and any changes in project scope or additional services. Maintain safety requirements, housekeeping, and productivity and preventing of wastage.
