Daily Duties at Elkhairat Corporation, :

Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods. Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans. Assign daily activities to site engineers and control workers productivity. Analyze applicable reports, drawings, blueprints, tests, and related documentation to plan and design projects. Review and update project schedules, using Primavera and MS Project software, based on real time status of materials delivery, equipment availability and site requirements. Direct the technical teams with respect to the construction site. Check drawings, plans, and other qualities to insure that the whole procedures are according to the specifications. Control and monitor all time-cost- aspects to the approved plan. Handle the construction projects from start to finish. Participate in planning the project activities as well as the project strategy. Keep the Project Manager informed of workload and any changes in project scope or additional services. Keep accurate time records for billing purposes and submit them on a weekly basis. Maintain safety requirements, housekeeping, and productivity and preventing of wastage.
