Complied with all state and federal regulations and Medical Center policies. Handling drug products, adherence to security procedures, and completion of necessary documentation. Control and dispensing of controlled dangerous substances.  Reviewed and dispensed medication orders and clarified any and all potential problems with orders. Monitoring patient drug therapy regimens for allergies, drug-drug interactions, drug-food interactions, potential adverse reactions, and reviewed all pediatric doses. Prepared admixtures using aseptic technique (IV solutions, TPN).
