Daily Duties at Darden ( Red Lobster):
Responsible for hiring ,turnover for rest. was over 95% in turnover, systems to not turn any candidate away with out interview and used selection testing to bring turnover to 25 % annually. Profits (ROI) rest. was earning 350 to 400 thousand, created systems and tracking of products and used power buying to reduce cost and move profit margins, now eaerns 900 to 1 million yearly, focused on repeat guest to help with earning and growth on the bus. Went after attentive service and timely food to table to help with defects and in decrease the time guest were in rest. Saw 30% just in guest sat. survey from these 2 areas. Focused on service friendliness and team service to continue to meet my goal in top box surveys of 80%. With shadowing team members and daily coaching numbers increased to our goal with in 5 months.This increased guest traffic and earnings. Rest. from 13 % ROI to over 20% yearly in 3 Years. Teaching and coaching the management staff and holding them accountable for results. Top 5% in chain last 6 years.
