Daily Duties at Ibm/Apc:

• Complex template design, formatting, coordination, and production of Federal proposals for IBM Proposal Managers and other clients of the company for RFI’s, RFQ’s and RFP’s, both small and large proposals, to be submitted to the Federal Government • Worked on over 120 federal proposals from August 2011 through February 2013 • Was responsible for continuity of styles, placement of graphics, conversions from Excel and PowerPoint to Word and incorporating it into the working documents • Editing and creating graphics in Illustrator and PhotoShop for the proposals • Usually working on multiple proposals at one time • Worked with Proposal Managers to coordinate with the team to make sure that the parts of the proposal flowed well between sections • Coordination, repair, and some maintenance of Ricoh color digital printers to create the final versions of the documents which included z-folding 11x17 pages to finalize the production of client proposals for delivery

Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
