Made daily calls to potential client companies, in order to generate new quality loans and deposit to exceed production goals. Reviewed weekly/monthly portfolio growth through the development of a business plan in alignment with branch budgets and controllable looses. Analyze current business activities which includes reviewing literature, and other business-related data. Worked pro-actively with Branch Managers and internal partners to create business expansion activities to increase sales; maintaining an excellent working rapport with existing and new clients. Supported monitoring of existing consumer and Small Business accounts. Ensured accurate maintenance of completed credit files and account documentation. Coordinated resolution for branch operations and client issues
