Worked pro-actively with Branch Managers and internal partners to create business expansion activities to increase sales; maintaining an excellent working rapport with existing and new clients. Supported monitoring of existing consumer and Small Business accounts. Ensured accurate maintenance of completed credit files and account documentation. Coordinated resolution for branch operations and client issues
