Daily Duties at Marsh & Mc Lennan Companies:

• Overall management and operation of three corporate headquarters dining facilities in New York and Hoboken, N.J., with total sales in excess of $4.5 million annually • Oversight of two corporate conference centers (125 conference rooms), training facilities, two corporate cafeterias and 50 coffee pantries • Coordinate all maintenance requirements for kitchen and refrigeration equipment • Supervised a team of six managers and 40 hourly associates • Function as Client Liaison to contract providers (Aramark and Compass Group) • Manage executive receptionists, audio visual requirements, all vending operations • Assist in Global RFP development and proposal analysis • Manage facilities requirements in conference centers, café design project and building restack • Directed interim operations during construction period
