• Managing the overall operations and ensuring compliance of centers including supervision of center managers and administration of center sales performance, profitability and customer service objectives. • Sixteen retail sign & graphic / shipping centers in Midtown New York, with total sales in excess of $12 million annually • Implementing cost-controls across multiple sites, while keeping customer satisfaction at a peak • Training, development and on-going coaching of direct reports for improved performance and productivity • Supervised a team of 16 Managers and 100 hourly associates
