Business Unit Role - Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management (CRDM) Lead DM/IT, Statistics, Quality, Monitoring, Portfolio/Program/Project Mgmt., Process Improvement, Customer Service and Safety Deliver clinical services for $100 million global clinical portfolio Drive simplification of clinical processes and implement enabling technology solutions Select, Manage and measure effectiveness of external data management / IT vendors Institute portfolio/project management methodologies in monitoring & executing clinical studies Responsible for ensuring all regulatory requirements implemented and audited to ensure compliance Design / Develop / Maintain clinical research databases (e.g. leveraged traditional waterfall and agile methodologies for delivery approaches) Design / Develop / Maintain data analytics and clinical reporting required by research teams Ensure data integrity for research data collected at customer sites – data verification, data query resolution – institute standard data review processes Program Management for Implementation / Growth of core Global Life Science Technology Solutions – Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), Global Data Warehouse, Electronic Data Capture, Global Complaint Handling, Document Management, etc.
