Daily Duties at Hallilte Seals Americas, Inc.:

• Prepare, revise, and maintain quality documentation including Quality Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms, Quality Check Sheets, PPAP’s, Cost of Quality, Cost of Scrap, Scrap reporting, 8D’s, Corrective and Preventive Actions, SCARS, Department Scorecards, Kaizen Projects for Quality, Department Budget, and Non-Conforming Log data. • Coordinate all internal audit activities (ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001) including preparation, submission, follow-ups, recommended corrective action, training of audit staff, and manage the Management Review’s (format, schedule, meeting minutes, etc.). • Purchase, calibrate, and maintain gages (calipers, micrometers, depth micrometers, bore gages, shadow graph, OGP CMM, etc). • Manage quality staff for 1st and 2nd shift. • Perform product verification of incoming receiving, and disposition of non-conforming products.
