Daily Duties at National Cancer Institute:
• Peptide/ Small Organic Molecule Synthesis. Synthesized 150+ peptides using solid phase peptide synthesis techniques; purified on analytical and semi-preparative scales using LC-MS; characterized to determine atomic mass, purity, secondary structure, stability, concentration, and binding constants. • Protein Purification. Over-expressed and purified on FPLC using various chromatographic methods.
