Daily Duties at In Services Zenith:

Established internal policies and procedures for handling complex cases. Served as primary negotiator on risky, high-exposure claims. Managed daily office operations, including supervision of claim examiners, technicians, and administrative support staff of a multi-jurisdictional team. Participate in all new client presentations and claim reviews. Provide suggestions to allow the reduction of claims expense, premium mitigation, safety training and managed care initiatives. Manage external relationships with carrier’s insurance brokers, underwriters, and other related vendors. Deliver innovative solutions and strategies that increase risk mitigation and loss prevention. Provide advanced risk analysis and cost saving techniques for existing clients. Ensure compliance with best practices and client handling guidelines by instituting quality controls. Instituted presentations to educate clients and staff on jurisdiction, reporting and partnership for improved claims outcomes. Accelerated claims investigation process and increased caseload efficiency by developing uniform departmental and operational procedures. Reorganized claims department to increase overall client service and facilitate timely claims disposition. Increased client satisfaction by hosting quarterly meetings to evaluate and ensure service performance standards.
