Instituted presentations to educate clients and staff on jurisdiction, reporting and partnership for improved claims outcomes. Accelerated claims investigation process and increased caseload efficiency by developing uniform departmental and operational procedures. Reorganized claims department to increase overall client service and facilitate timely claims disposition. Increased client satisfaction by hosting quarterly meetings to evaluate and ensure service performance standards.
