Trained the 4 branch employees alternate ways to do their jobs more efficiently and accurately. Set up assembly part numbers with bill of materials and inter-branch transfer training eliminating discrepancies. Transferred to a sister branch (Carrolton, KY) to set up vendor internet purchasing accounts; train 1 employee for online purchasing, basic Microsoft software skills, and batch processing for quicker receiving, invoicing, and quoting.
