Examined and redefined procedures and processes in sales, production, shipping, and accounting to improve quality and efficiency. Researched and identified key issues for IT and management in development of Win/Loss reporting and other lean metrics. Focused on international sales, building business by learning nuances of different cultures and export laws and regulations of different countries, while adhering to U.S. Trade regulations. Trained 2 Product Specialists. Trained and managed 5 part-time Office Clerks.
