Primary focus in project coordination. Entered project fabricator free issue and customer sales orders. Received purchase orders. Ran daily reports for project inventory, expenditures, and open commitments. Worked with Project Managers, Sourcing, Engineering, and Finance through project creation, fulfillment, and close out. Worked with ERP Leads and Global Application Maintenance and Support (GAMS) in finding and reducing system errors. Created system test scenario and assisted in system testing. Scrutinized reports, offering ideas for more usable and accurate reporting. Introduced Shortage Report for daily quick review of items awaiting process.
