Attract, hire and develop an inside sales team to consistently exceed sales goals by demonstrating a thorough understanding of the superpages.com products and business model, as well as, the local marketplace landscape. · Create and implement the overall sales strategy for the inside sales team, along with setting aggressive goals to ensure continual growth across all covered regions. · Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for all regions · Identify and develop sales opportunities and long-term strategic relationships with key accounts. Keep apprised of current market changes and competitive trends, to ensure maximum revenue is achieved. · Foster innovation and enhancement to existing products, as well as, help create additional advertising opportunities to further increase merchant performance and company revenue. · Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend custom optimized media solutions. · Ensure that our clients continually receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
