Daily Duties at Frito Lay North America:
Manage 6 regional supermarkets in the Midwest. Reach sales, P&L, distribution, new items, marketing, promotional activity, and digital media goals. Work cross functionally with multiple member's of regional sales team. Includes finance, category management, marketing, Zone Managers, District managers, Route Sales Representatives and Operations Managers. Work with multiple outside companies on product partnerships. Sell at highest level (CEO/VP). Create full year sales strategy for customers and internal sales team. Help develop skill sets of District Managers by spending 1 to 1 time in the market and office. Create and Present sales meetings to 5 Zone teams monthly.
