Project Management: Served as a Project Manager implementing 3 multinational projects in harm reduction area funded by European Commission (EC). Managed complex projects (including technical direction, contractual oversight, budgeting, progress monitoring, revision and evaluation of final projects’ products). Business Development/Communications: Participated in business development activities, including proposal preparation to responsible EC Directorates. Marketed EHRN to EC Governing Authorities. Technical work: Prepared reports to EC Governing Authorities. Made presentations to EC Governing Authorities on technical subjects including harm reduction, HIV, Hepatitis C in Central and Eastern Europe and former Soviet Union countries.
