Daily Duties at Fresenius Kabi Usa:
Responsible for leading a group of 1-3 employees, and supporting equipment and/or cleaning validation activities. Prepare qualification protocols for Equipment Cleaning. Execute the qualification protocols after protocol approval, and prepare Validation Summary Reports. Capable of managing multiple projects and provide effective communication to colleagues. Provide validation advice and guidance to project teams and other functional groups. Responsible for ensuring required supplies are present and that the equipment used for validations is certified/calibrated and documented. Accurately accumulate, document and communicate validation data and activities. Capable of managing outside resources to complete required projects. Responsibilites -Mentor and supervise other validation professionals. -Manage multiple projects and provide effective communication to colleagues, customers and management. -Provide validation advice and guidance to project teams and other functional groups. -Prepare Validation documentation including: qualification protocols Equipment Systems and validation protocols for Cleaning Validation; protocol deviations; risk assessments and reports. -Execute the qualification protocols and prepare Validation Summary Reports. -Approve Validation documentation including protocols, protocol deviations, reports, work orders, validation assessments to support change controls and deviations. -Represent Validation during FDA and other regulatory agency inspections and customer audits. -Support Validation training including developing and implementing validation training to department and customers. -Responsible for ensuring required supplies are present and that the equipment used for validations is certified/calibrated and documented. Accurately accumulate, document and communicate validation data and activities. Capable of managing outside resources to complete required projects.
